Am I Eating Enough?!

My goal is to build lean quality muscle. I will be as exact as I can be... I been following this for the last 2 months.

Here is a sample of what one day could look like... Usually sub. turkey burgers with chicken or sushi, veal chop once a week, steak once a week...


meal 1: 2 scoops of whey with milk

Meal 2: 2 packets of oat/flax (traderjoes) with milk
7 eggwhites (1 yolk)

Meal 3: 2 scoops of whey with milk
2 scoops of glycomaze and banana

Meal 4: 2 turkey burgers
bowl of whole wheat pasta (sub brown rice or yams)

Meal 5: 2 Pieces of Tilapia
Asparagus (10 spears)

Meal 6: 1 heaping scoop of Cassien with milk




How many calories do you think I
am taking in if you were to guess?

Am I eating enough? Thoughts?
 
Just gonna give my 2c. I also posted up my diet a while ago and got some good help so gonna pass on what i learnt. I really dont think you are getting enough protein in or carbs. try count the protein or carbs and see what you are getting. I see you only eat 3 MAIN meals(if i can call it that) and mostly shakes. it should be mostly main meals and the shakes between meals usually 1 or 2 throughout the day to boost the protein and carb intake. It should be there to supplement the diet i.e. thats why its called supplements its not meant to be ur diet. So try eating 5-6 meals of proper food e.g. chicken, turkey, tuna, beef with the carbs sweet potato, brown rice, wholegrain pasta and with some veggies. You need roughly 250-300 protein to build muscle. I think ur aroung 2000cals. I would say it needs to be 3000-3500. Eat what you can till ur full and then eat some more.

I just added a post above this you may want to check out. I was only eating about 2400 cals and my waist was getting bigger. In the last week I have added about 600 to 700 calories and instantly I have noticed a difference. My body had gone into starvation.
 
At a first glance it doesn't look like a lot of food but...what are your stats?? height and weight? Goals are to build some lean mass but keep fat gain down? so a clean bulk essentially? do you have a timeline?

Sorry for all the questions but it will help in giving some solid feedback.
