Adderall and grp6

So I started taking grp6 about 3 weeks ago. My doctor put me on adderall 20 mg about two weeks ago. Well starting last week my lips have turned blue and a little on my gums and sides of tongue. I have been to the doctor and had tons of blood tests done and nobody can tell me why? I am currently 6 weeks into an off cycle as well. Any help or advice would be great. I'm on the adderall to help keep focus at work as I have a very dangerous job that requires being focused at all times.
