my joints ache when I lift

I’ve been noticing over the past couple weeks whenever I work out my joints start to hurt
wondering if this was normal or should I be taking a supplement to help with it?
about 240 lbs and I mostly do power training and powerlifting
I wonder if it has something to do with the heavy weight I’m doing as well

Joints will be painful at your size. Add fish oil daily with glucosamine msm and bone broth.

Yes and almost certainly bad form

make sure you're taking some bone broth it really does make a difference

if you Hammer your joints too much when you're young you will need hip replacements later on in life

I think everyone above gave some great advice I definitely like the bone broth idea

Joint pain during heavy lifting isn’t unusual, but it’s worth paying attention to. It could be from the weight you’re lifting, recovery time, or even small form issues. A joint supplement with glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM might help, along with omega-3s for inflammation. Also, make sure you’re warming up properly and incorporating mobility work it can make a big difference. If the pain persists or gets worse, it might be a good idea to adjust your training or check in with a professional.
