my joints ache when I lift

you need to take care of your joints while you're still young don't wait till it starts hurting to wake up
 
I think everyone above gave some great advice I definitely like the bone broth idea
 
Joint pain during heavy lifting isn’t unusual, but it’s worth paying attention to. It could be from the weight you’re lifting, recovery time, or even small form issues. I’ve been noticing over the past couple weeks whenever I work out my joints start to hurt
wondering if this was normal or should I be taking a supplement to help with it?
about 240 lbs and I mostly do power training and powerlifting
I wonder if it has something to do with the heavy weight I’m doing as well
