I'm cutting on a CKD using eq/winstrol and while Ihave actaully gained strength, my weigh has dropped from 239 to 218 in about 3 weeks, but have gained 1/4th of an inch on my arms. Even after refeed I only gain about 2 lbs, and I load every 2 days. My potassium intake is through the roof and that seems to help a bit, and I am taking in aruond 4000 calories a day.
I'm worried about catabolism and loss of insulin sesitivity so I ahve decided to add in 20 grams of fish oil a day for a little while to see if that helps prevent me from going catabolic now that my strength is starting to fluxuate and my metabolism might be starting to slow down. Most days I look a bit flat, but when I lift I look shreaded even on no carbs, from the pump.
Last night I took a new girl I am dating to the rec (texas A&M recrecation center) to help her with her workouts, and had a tank top on, and commented that I looked really flat. Just showing her the form with light weights, all ofthe sudden, again I was ripped and covered in viens.
In any event, considering my budget, any other advice some of the gurus here might have to prevent me from slowing down here? I am getting ready for some photo shoots,a nd will have to stay very lean all year to do modeling work, thus do not want to use t3 or clen and then rebound. SUppliments are not in my budget. They are entirely too expensive, and its money I could spend on myself for food, or on dates. I'm a full time student on a limited budget.
