I signed up on EF after not having fought professionally in two years,not really following a strict workout plan ( just doing workouts with the fighters I train and clients ) and eating super clean, but not nearly enough. I was 180 at 6'1 and skinny as F. Sure I looked "fit" but beyond that there was no reward for me. Not fighting sucks and really took its toll on me mentally. I started reading EF and seeing that all of you look like, forgive me if this offends anyone, WALKING MUSCLES. Vascularity,size and alphaness just f-ing coming out the butt.
I started Stronglifts...and while Mehdi annoys the F*CK out of me with his "don't ask why...just do it" approach, I started 5x5 and go addicted to lifting heavy. As of last week, I was 260lbs...obviously all of it not muscle but my lifts were as follows:-
Benchpress : 305 ( 3x2)
Deadlift : 405 ( 2 reps ) / 350 (5x5)
Squat: THIS WAS MY PROUDEST MOMENT...strength wise and I have you guys to thank. 305 lbs (10 sets of 5)

Anyway...last week I realized that while I was moving what I think to be big weight...I had begun looking rather large around the mid-section and otherwise. Of course being huge is great and wearing an XL ( tall ) shirt was one of the greatest feelings ever...but I kind of would like to look like workout...so after much self-convincing and deliberation...and a lot of questions...ITS TIME TO CUT.
I didn't know how to thank you guys individually e.g Dylan, Rick, Nelson, Zedd and everyone else who has ever helped me with anything so here it is. Also a huge thank you to n2bm...hopefully the large purchases I have made are somewhat of a thank you.
5 weeks of a ckd cut, followed by a 12 week cycle inluding 4 weeks of Dianabulk and the rest s-4,lgd,gw and PCT with ostarine should be good. I will be logging in case anyone is interested and documenting my progress in detail.
