I WANT TO START RUNNING ANYWHERE FROM 1MILE(CROSSCOUNTRY TYPE RUN) TO 3 MILES THREE DAYS A WEEK. I WAS WONDERING HOW YOU GUYS KEEP YOUR MUSCLE RUNNING LIKE THIS? SEE RIGHT NOW I AM CUTTING SO I WANT TO USE THE RUNNING TO HELP BURN UP SOME FAT BUT ONCE I GET DONE CUTTING I WANT CONTINUE TO RUN BECAUSE OF THE WAY IT MAKES ME FEEL. I STOPPED RUNNING ABOUT A YEAR AGO AND HAVENT FELT AS GOOD EVER SINCE. I ONLY LIFT 3 DAYS PER WEEK AND WOULD POSSIBLY RUN ON OFF DAYS MAYBE A RUN ONLY ONCE AFTER LIFTING. ALL MY RUNNING AND LIFTING IS IN THE AFTERNOON SO I WONT BE DOING IT IN THE MORNING ON AN EMPTY STOMACH OR ANYTHING. FIRST OFF DO YOU GUYS THINK I CAN STILL LOSE FAT AND KEEP MOST OF MUSCLE RUNNING LIKE THIS EVEN THOUGH ITS IN THE AFTERNOON INSTEAD OF ON AN EMPTY STOMACH? ALSO, CAN I STILL KEEP MY STRENGTH AND SIZE UP ONCE I DECIDE TO STOP CUTTING AND JUST MAINTAING? BY THE WAY MY STATS ARE 22YEARS OLD, 5'5" TALL, 190LBS, 12-14%BF, 15 INCH ARMS, 43 INCH CHEST, 32 INCH QUADS, 18 INCH CALFS, ABOUT A 32 INCH WAIST.
