My Diet Is Clean

Protein Shake
Diet Rockstar Energy Drink

2 Grilled Chix Breast
Broccoli
Iceberg Lettuce And Vinegar No Oil

I Only Bite The Juice Out And Do Not Swallow The Fruit

Also Can Someone Tell Me Whats The Difference Between Jogging And Burning 500cal Or Walking Fast And Burning The Same Amount?

That just seemed real idiotic to me. Why would you swallow the juice and not the fruit? The fruit has all the fiber that will keep you full longer. juice is just pure sugar .. natural and good but still sugar.
