nah, no pun intended, didnt even realize it. biting is pretty common ive noticed this year. well not common but ive seen it a few times and noone was ever suspended. i thought it was funny when laparriere actually wrestled chara to the ground

LOL what? I haven't seen any biting this year. And in the past players have been suspended for it. Ruutu and Savard got 2 and 1 games a piece for doing it. There was a precedent for punishment. I would have been okay with no further penalty IF he had gotten a game misconduct when it happened. A double minor for biting someone? That is ridiculous.

i'm over it. only brought up precedent since cobra said players who are biters haven't gotten suspended. which is true of hartnell, but they said there was no video evidence and i'm too lazy to look it up to see if that was a good call or not.

i remember seeing 2 or 3 this year wit no suspensions. might be different next year tho wit the new dean of discipline
