C cbs New member Aug 17, 2003 #1 OK guys, I know there are debates over milk, but let me ask you gurus this, will 1/2 or 1 cup of 2% milk make or break my diet? I am not lactose intolerant either. And let's face it, that is not alot of milk for a 24 period. Thanks bros!

S ~SC~ Guest Aug 17, 2003 #2 Most likely not, but w/so little milk to work w/in the first place, why not just avoid it altogether and choose somethin' else? All in all, should be okay until the wee moments of dieting, like pre-contest......dairy is a no-no then........ ~SC~
