Still riding this sore throat I've had since the little fella was in hospital and started to get a bit of cold chills at work today so immediately upon arriving home I pinned 300mg of
@Raptor Labs glutathione and 2mg of TA1, and swallowed 4g of vitamin C, hoping that when I wake tomorrow I'm all good. We'll wait and see.
Training has been really solid still. Today was Back and Shoulders in the arvo and a 500m swim in the morning.
