Today was leg day:
Seated leg extensions 4 sets until failure.
Leg curls 4 sets until failure
4 sets of light squats @ 245 not until failure just a good burn.
Standing calf raises 4 sets until the failure
Seated calf raises 4 sets until failure

Eats are below:

Tomorrow it starts all over again with Chest, Back & Abs.

Shoulders and Traps:
4 sets side lateral raises until failure with low pulley on cable machine.
4 sets front lateral raises until failure with low pulley on cable machine.
4 sets seated reverse flys with cables crossed facing machine until failure.
4 sets seated military press until failure with dumbbells.
Traps:
4 sets side dumbbell shrugs until failure.
4 sets two handed front of body barbell shrugs until failure.
