Dosed at normal time today. Back at it harder than ever today with Chest, Bis, and Tris! Absolutely killed it in the gym, I finally feel this stuff is really starting to kick in. I upped half of my lifts by 10lbs and cranked out at least 2 more reps on everything else. I was up 2lbs on the scale as well, but I can't verify that as anything until after I weigh myself again in the morning. The pump I had afterwards was incredible, and I think the stretch marks along my biceps got bigger (bad but good). Not even a hint of a single side yet, and I can't wait until I up the dosage. Im worried I might get addicted if these results keep up
Don't check scale Ed if you do don't let it affect you your weight flocculates so much threw the day go by the mirror not the scale but I'm glad to see a log for this sarm do you by chance have before pics? It will be beneficial to the log to compare

I check the scale ED just to watch for trends. I figure it's better than once a week because you could have a drastic fluctuation on that particular day. I only verify a weight gain if it stays consistent for ~3 days. My weight doesn't fluctuate too much due to weighing myself every morning before breakfast and after the morning deuce. I do agree though with Mirror>Scale, expecially because SARMs are known for their recomp abilities. I have some before pics, couldn't forget those
Majority of the logs I've read a testimonials claim mega hunger pains. Personally I haven't felt any of those, but when I do eat it takes a TON of food for me to actually feel full. I'm a little over 4k cals a day without ever feeling full.
Took the dose an hour late today, slept in a little. The sleep on LGD is pretty amazing, I'm having vivid dreams every night. ZERO DOMS all day, I haven't experienced this in a very long time, expecially after a 28 set Chest and arms routine! Worked for around 10 hours today an still had energy afterwards for some HIIT and Abs. I worked the heavy bag for around an hour, half being warm up and the other being 2min full out rounds with the bag. Endurance seems to be getting even better. I'm HIGHLY impressed with the changes I've been seeing in the mirror, my weight hasn't made too much of an increase but I can safely say I've put on a good 1-1.5lbs of solid muscle already! These results I've seen in almost a week have been more than I would normally see after a natty 1month bulk without any fat gain. I can't wait to up the dosage on Monday, too bad I can't look into the future and see my body after this cycle
