I was torn between North shore and Kailua(lanikai area in particular)... still may end up over there. its a bit closer to honolulu and its good to have easy access to the city.

but for now my eye is on some real estate right on Sunset beach

if that's the beach i'm thinking of, it has a hell of a rip.. what's cool is surfing lessons are offered out of some of the houses, guys live upstairs and the main floor is the livingroom and office area..
