Just finished my winter bulker and only ran Test Cyp at 350 mg. a week. I have 20 inch arms cold and 16 inch forearms. Just letting peeps know sometimes less is more!

I've always said the same thing. Low to moderate is all most will ever need.
 
I prefer lower.... less sides
If u bust your ass in the gym low doses is all you need for that jump to get you extra gains

Eat lots of clean food and train hard consistently and you'll grow with minimal AAS.
 
Thats true our natural test levels are low (70-100mg a week) if you use 500mg gear (test combined with deca/tren) is enough to grow no need for 1g+ gear

No amount of gear can take the place of good training and diet. Food is the key to growing. Although, there is a point where more gear is needed to conintue growing :)
