Hmmmm... I am re-working it w/a friend I recently hooked back up with. He's a resturant owner and one of the best looking all-natural body builders in our area locally... He's as good as y'all are here, but he's physically in my gym pushing my and encouraging me. I have a huge amount of respect for the dude & hope to start working with him once or twice a week.

I added the AM Cardio about a month ago.

Anyway, Please check it out and tweak...

Mon. – AM Cardio, PM Legs (light)
Tues. – PM Back & biceps
Wed. – AM Cardio, PM Chest & Triceps
Thurs. – PM Legs (heavy)
Fri. – AM Cardio, PM -OFF- or Shoulder & Triceps

Sat & Sun are off days- unless I need to get my Shoulder and Tricep work in. I work abs with my cardio days.

Cardio 3-4 days a week
Running seems to be the only thing that will thin out my legs a bit... I usually hit the treadmill for 20-40 minutes on each cardio day and then hit another machine. I prefer HIIT, w/cardio breeze and empty stomach.

Weekends will get additional cardio and strength training in now that the weather is warmer. I'm swimming, hiking, biking, rollerblading... Or mowing the lawn, throwing around bales of hay, helping out the guys @ the tree service (which means someone pays me $100 for a few hours on Saturday morning ... to lug around tree limbs, logs, brush, etc - woot!!) Or just walking to the bakery on a Sunday morning for coffee. That counts as cardio in my book... :p
 
can not wait to get out of work and into the gym tonight! It's been another hellish day. 55% of my staff called in sick today. they should all take their damn vitamins and eat right and THEN THEY WOULDN'T HAVE TO BANG IN SICK! :evil:

really really hungry earlier today, but I just drank a 12 oz cup of coffee too...

just had a tiny apple and a few bites of cottage cheese. ready for a light leg workout

Dinner- I thought ahead far enough to take chix breast out of the freezer this morning. :mix:
 
ALRIGHT! I was so excited to make this post because we took my first set of updated pictures last night. On March 1st, we took front, side, back pictures and then I added AM Cardio 3x a week and vowed to eat cleaner. Then took pictures again last night on April 3rd to see if those two things changed me. Just four weeks.

What a difference those four weeks made!!! Woohoooo! I didn't think I'd see much progress, because the scale didn't move AT ALL and I hadn't had my body fat re-tested. Well, wow! I am so happy with the differences (esp. my tummy and upper back). Overall, even my legs - I have definitely leaned out!!

Totally motivated and pretty damn proud of myself. The cruise is twelve weeks out total (about 7-8 weeks away from today). I can't wait to take pictures before!!!

2/3 cup broccoli
 
Yes - pictures. I'm thinking at the end of May, right before the cruise. I should be brave enough... and satisfied enough with my progress... at that time to do both 'befores' and 'afters'.

Feeling siiiiiiick. Definitely getting that a touch of that STUPID cold that's going around because the weather is so f-ed up here. I skipped cardio this morning. Going to give my body a day's rest and see if I can make it up over the weekend.
