And my energy is through the roof. In fact, it's fucking with my sleep. I feel constantly like I've just downed a gallon of turkish coffee. It's only mildly abated when I eat.........but then after 30 minutes it's back. I never realized how slowed down my metabolism was by meat. I've had fish and "a little bit" of beef the last 2 weeks. But mostly lentils, chickpeas, assorted nuts and hummus/baba. I may really have to try harder to track down some good leaf so I can get to sleep at a decent time. And so there's no misunderstanding.......I'm not anything nor have I even taken a sip of coffee in like 2 months. I may not be able to get to sleep till way early in the morning, but I'm not sleeping as long as I used to and I'm popping out of bed like I've been up all morning. It's fucking weird. I used to be non functional after waking up for at least 15 minutes, sometimes longer. I wouldn't be "there" until I had a small bite to eat and some coffee. It's like my blood sugar is way better.

why should I be sick? and trust me, there's no danger of me ever weighing a buck ten. When I had to stop working out, or at least massively curtail how much and how heavy I lifted, I dropped 20 pounds pretty quick, but I'm holding steady now at about 265. No matter how little I eat, and I have fasted for a few days here and there.......I won't go under what I'm at now. It's like my homeostasis weight I guess. And I take coq10 every day.........I don't see getting sick to much.
