WO routine, comments appreciated...

I wish I can split this up as to having a day off every two workout days. Problem is, that would extend it into the weekend. My gym only stays open on weekends till 6pm, which sucks since I work late all the time.

Ok, how about this scheme. I took everyone's advice and re-designed it to look something like this:

Mon Chest/Calves
Incline bar and dumbells
Calve raise
Cable crossovers
seated calve raise
flyes and dips

Tues Bis/tris
Straight bar curls
alternating dumbell curls
preacher curls

Wed Shoulders/traps
2 Only (alternate every week)
Dynamic shrugs
cable shrugs
dumbell shrugs
power shrugs

Thurs Legs
Squats, raises, etc

Fri Back and some chest
deadlifts

Sat/Sun are off days (not by choice, but obligation)...

Left some muscle groups empty on purpose (know already what to do for those)

Any better, or even further from where I should be?
