I started my "cutter" 4/2. I had my bf tested on 3/21 and it was 11.7% (measuring tool was some device that they put on my bicep and it gave a printout) - on 3/22 my bf was 10.4% (i did start eating a bit cleaner but didnt quite start my strict diet just yet). Today I had my bf tested thinking it would be down but it was @ 12%.... I dont get it? I have been training hard, cardio 2x per day, strict/clean diet consisting of:

5am: 1c oatmeal w/whole milk and tbsp sugar
7am: 5egg whites / little bit of ketchup
9am: supplement shake (champion nutrition whey)
11am: chicken breast + broc stir fry
2pm: chicken breast + broc stir fry
4pm: more of chicken breast
6.30pm 6egg whites+1whole egg
7pm 1tbsp PB

I did start cycle as well.. 1200mg/wk test e. could that do it?? thanks.

I dont know much about AS but isnt cutting while on that much test counter productive? Wouldnt u be eating like 5000 calories a day lol?

shoot: forgot to mention i'm also on clen/T3 and taking the test to keep as much lean mass as possible on a low carb/low fat diet.thanks.bro.

There are two main reasons, the first of which is much more likely:

#1 There are variances in bf measurement... there is human error involved and also "a machine u put on your bicep and prints out" does not sound at all accurate..you need to be calipered on multiple sites, under the same conditions (time of day, empty stomach, before working out not after, etc.), by the same person with the same piece of equipment and even then there will be variance. You need to look at it as a graph over time... not freak out about one single testing day.

#2 you're either not eating enough, not working out hard enough, or doing too much cardio..and thusly you are burning more muscle than you should be while dropping weight. I doubt this is the case with the aas but I don't claim to know much of anything about that though.

thank you both: it was sort of discouraging and I definitely feel and look leaner so was hoping for single digit readout today.. I'm still going to stick with my program and not lose motivation because of this. i'll blame it on the inaccuracy of the machine that tested me and try to find a trainer at the gym that uses caliper testing. thanks again

OK makes a little more sense now. I agree with Kabeetz as far as some error. Overall the diet is pretty clean. Keep up the eating and stay hydrated. Give it some more time and let us know how well it is going for you.

Also, how much cardio are you doing? Seems like alot going twice a day. Especially since ur running the clen etc. U must have the metabolism of a race horse lol. I say stick with the diet for now and eliminate one of the cardio sessions.

I do need to force myself to drink water.. so i will def do that

for cardio: nothing crazy -- 20min elliptical trainer in the morning after resistance training and then around noon 4mi run or 30 min on elliptical trainer (depending on weather).

haha: i wish i had the metabolism of a race horse although my lower legs/calf are are strewn with veins popping out--almost like a race horse!!! thanks for the advice! - gives me extra motivation just when i want to say f the diet/cardio/training!
