Maybe they drink water after the workout? I've been told that drinking while working out is better to help replenish any water that is sweated out or used up, but I'm still not quite sure if that's true.
But on Abs days I wait until I'm done, because if I'm doing crunches drinking water makes me wanna puke.
I think its pretty crazy not to drink water during a workout.. I drink like a litre + during my workouts, I get really thirsty. I dont sweat much either.
I don't know how anyone can workout without drinking water. If you're lifting intensely you will need that water. Plus I get a little breathing/active rest time when I walk to the water fountain.
i have to admit that sometimes i dont drink enough water when working out
(I was thinking about this today when i was doing cardio and some hot chick was running in the opposite direction with a huge water bottle lol)
when im boxing training i tend to sip water but i know for a fact it's not enough so I use a sports drink instead
