Which workout routine would you rather do amongst these 2 and why?

I did routine 2 for several years. Only, I did tris with shoulders and only hit each workout once a week. Looked like this:
M chest bis
T legs
W off
Thr shoulders tris
Fri back
S off
S off

I think this is the same routine Dorian did in his prime.........galaxy
 
Thats the workout I do now. Awesome for size! Only I have Mon and Wed workouts the other way aroung.............galaxy
 
Ok I am a novice but this is what I found to work for me: (any constructive critisism is MOST welcome!)

m: Chest
T: Legs
W: Bi/Tri
Th: Back
F: Chest again.
S: off
S: off

Then the next week I would switch BI/Tri for chest

I find this gives me enough time between muscle group to recouperate (prob should get more).

And this has gotten me pretty strong for doing nothing more then eating pretty well and taking creatine and a energy pill.

thats my exact routine right now, i like it a lot. oh traps are done with back.
 
MohawkMuscle, I don't know if you have tried this,

when working out back, I find that working Bi's first warm me up for my back, I can feel more of the pump if I do back last.

All together it falls like this,

1.Chest + Tri
2.Bi's +, Back
3.Shoulders + Legs.
4.Rest
5.Start again

I have used this exact routine (off cycle...lost of recovery time). It worked great!

Right now I am hitting calves Mon-Friday. They are lagging behind so I am trying some shock therapy. It does seem to be working for me.

Weds - off
Thurs - back and bis
Fri-shoulder
Sat - off
sun-off

i get up at 400 am and hit the gym. then in the pm i go back and hit cardio.

i like galaxy's routine. what i'm doing right now is,
m-chest
t-legs
w-shoulders
t-back
f-bi's/tri's
