I know I'm asking alot of simple stuff on here but I'm totally in the dark here. I have been lifting for some time but I have never ben around any powerlifters persay. I'm aroung really good guys but none that really has the knowlegde to help me achieve my goals. I know I need to be looking into comsuming lits of vitamins but I don't know which ones will do the best and what foods are high in them. Please fill me in.
