There isnt much difference between the two but i figure i would ask.
1st
Mon- Chest, Triceps
Tue- Legs
Wed- off
Thursday- Shoulders
Friday- Back and Biceps
2nd
Mon- Chest, Shoulders
Tues- Arms
Wed- Off
Thurs- Legs
Fri- Back
i know there isnt a lot of difference but I havent had much improvment with my shoulders when I work them on chest day. Also i always am drained doing bi's or tri's after chest and back days, usually real tired so just wondering which if either would be more benficial, thanks guys.
