The last time I ate Burger King I looked at the "nutritional" content board they have on the wall. That Double Whopper with Cheese I loved so much, and heh it is flame-broiled, has 54 grams of fat in it. I could not stomach another one after seeing that. That was without the order of fries. With you get close to a weeks worth of fat in one sitting.
Fitday.com has a section for fast foods. It doesn't break them down by restaurant name, but it will provied numbers on stuff like hamburgers, pizza, burritos, etc.
