So a couple places online I've read about people doing wheelbarrow work for GPP and such. What type of distance and weight are you using for this? Level ground or sloped? What muscles does it mostly work (i'm thinking glute-hamstring insertion but not sure).
I used to pour and finish concrete and I've pushed a loaded wheelbarrow farther than I'd like to remember, but the only thing that ever got sore was my traps from stabilizing the load side to side.
