Just checking to see what the bf% of the average elite member is. I'm personally 15% @205lbs which is a little high. Looking for a good number to shoot for(0 would be ideal but not possible).
 
Well I'm about 12% at 205, it hasn't been that high in 2 years.But ya got to get it to grow
 
Ruthless, I know its a little high didn't think it was "too f##king high". I'm working on it but not looking forward to losing size and muscle. Would doing light cardio, as opposed to none, allow me to lose the fat slowly w/o muscle loss?
 
Winny, I think dyster meant that his bf was too high. Cardio is very good for burning fat, actually how else would you lose fat?? unless you are on dnp or clen or something but even then you should do cardio for fat loss.

I'm at about 15-16% at 225 measured last week.Was 225 @ 18-19% 6 weeks ago.Aiming for 8-10% at 225 by late november which I'm sure I'll get to, then try to maintain that over the summer.Any lower than that will be a bonus.Starting to get more vascular now, which just spurs me on.

around 10-12% right now...And the part I hate the most is that I store all of my fat in my midsection and no where else...I have strations in my shoulders, legs, arms are rock solid, and I have a pudge for a belly, gotta love it...I love when girls walk up and are talking to you and they think you are so rock solid and hot, then they want to see the ab's and I have to be like, uh, no I am shy....:p

Holy shit man...I thought I was the only one like that.....arms good, chest (not too bad), back good....but love handles like you wouldnt believe right now....i am about 9- 11% bf right now at 175.....I need to get some yhcl and rub like 8000mg in..lol....I will be starting wnny and fina soon so well see what happens

I was around 5% last year...loved it

Similar to other older Elite Members...all my fat storage is midsection, with zero on arms, legs, glutes. I think most Mesomorphs have that problem
 
5"9 at 191lbs and 4.7% BF

Track+/soccer/rugby/BBALL keeps my BF% very low.

I am presently at 11-12% with a little water bloat and nearing the end of my bulking cycle. Can't wait to get my ass back down to about 5-6% with the new muscle.




Ah fuck it. I'm 289lbs., 5'10", and 3.4% bf. It's really getting hard being me. And that's the TRUTH.
 
I just got checked last week,I am currently 17%after 2 bulking cycles I am now a fat ass,I am going to spend the next 3 months doing cardio and eating very claen.I would like to get to about 10% and stay there,no more bulking cycles for me.From now on when I am on a cycle I am going to keep my calories fairly low and eat clean,it just isnt worth it to me to put a bunch of fat on during a cycle.

i'm 6'2 298lbs....up from 280 when I started this cycle....and my bf is 20%.
 
i think body fat% is the most skewed figure. Numbers can be very different depending on how hydrated or dehydrated an individual is. I think the best test is just to simply look at yourself. Or use a water submersion tank with is extremely accruate, any ither method i think has to large a margin of error.......well back to the topic i would go with 9%.
 
I was 22% in the pod test a few months ago. Calipers had me at around 16-17%. I want to hit 15% on the pod test. Anything lower could be a disaster for a powerlifter.

I anm 5foot 8 and weight 202 but my bodyfat is around 12 to 13.
I really need to watch mmy diet.
 
funny how most guys BF is 5-10% lower when given on the computer. You would probably be surprised if you got pics with these claims LOL
 
was just under 8% for a while, but then I slacked off... shot up to approx approx 11%

Then I went on vacation.. sorta had a shitty diet while on vacation but I did about 30-60 minutes of running each morning and lost some bf, I'm starting to get things back in order now..

I'd say I'm a little under 10% atm.. starting to see a little ab definition but it still sucks, will be fairly happy in 2 months probably.

I'm just under 9%, and it seems that all of the fat is on the abs. And I don't mean the midsection - it's just on the six-pack. No problem with love handles at all. Visible serratus. Deep cut in the iliacus and psoas major. but the 9x6 (or so) areas of the abs... very thin layer of fat. Stubborn, stubbor fat. But Yohimburn is helping with that.

That's one hell of a goal mate. I'm about 14% and would just be happy to get down to 9% while retaining most of my weight.
 
I've come to realize that sitting here and reading up on others stats and things, I am a fat fucking bastard. I read some profiles and I've been lying to myself. I'm embarrassed. Well the fucking diet starts now. My bf% is alot higher than I thought. :redhot: :redhot:

Who is at 3%, that is almost impossible unless we have some top level bodybuilders on here or some really lean guys that are guessing. Or just lying.
 
Well, I don't feel so bad, I feel in the range with most of the guys (7-12%). I'm 5'9" 225 about 9% right now, and felling like I need to lean out. Anywho I just started cutting a bit, and should have my tren soon...
 
eviction, you are probably somewhere in the 8-10% range, if I had to guess.
