I've come to realize that sitting here and reading up on others stats and things, I am a fat fucking bastard. I read some profiles and I've been lying to myself. I'm embarrassed. Well the fucking diet starts now. My bf% is alot higher than I thought.
Ruthless, I know its a little high didn't think it was "too f##king high". I'm working on it but not looking forward to losing size and muscle. Would doing light cardio, as opposed to none, allow me to lose the fat slowly w/o muscle loss?
3 people under 3%! I was 3,4% at my show. And I weiged 214# Soooo you would have to be about 240# ripped to the bone to be under 3%! So who are these people?

Who is at 3%, that is almost impossible unless we have some top level bodybuilders on here or some really lean guys that are guessing. Or just lying.
