was just under 8% for a while, but then I slacked off... shot up to approx approx 11%
Then I went on vacation.. sorta had a shitty diet while on vacation but I did about 30-60 minutes of running each morning and lost some bf, I'm starting to get things back in order now..
I'd say I'm a little under 10% atm.. starting to see a little ab definition but it still sucks, will be fairly happy in 2 months probably.
