I just got checked last week,I am currently 17%after 2 bulking cycles I am now a fat ass,I am going to spend the next 3 months doing cardio and eating very claen.I would like to get to about 10% and stay there,no more bulking cycles for me.From now on when I am on a cycle I am going to keep my calories fairly low and eat clean,it just isnt worth it to me to put a bunch of fat on during a cycle.
