Intense cardio, and moderate weightlifting? I'm hoping to reduce my BF% a lil more, I think it's like 15% or under now, and I really want that to go down, so I can see my abs more. ^^
I figure just work the basic muscle groups and do tons of sparring, sprinting, and swimming. The three S's, hey I'm good. Also basketball and yeah, other stuff. Would this yield good results so long as I burn more than I eat in a day? Because I'm more going for losing weight rather than gaining muscle now, I think. I'm aggressive enough as it is, if it comes down to a fight that can chew me through most anything anyways, besides I actually know HOW to fight.
