Alright bro's chime in now !

Most of us either drink Water , BCAA'S or just a cold beer during our training session.

so what goes into that bottle when its time to get strong ?

I understand the simple carbs and salt for quick assimulation.

BCAA's w/scoop of N2KTS or C4 or PWO Zero Loss in 1 gallon jug of water, and drink it during training and throughout the day.

Just water here but a lot of it. Annoying having to get up 4 times through the night to go to the toilet...... but its gotta be done.

its what u eat drink and take the rest of the time makes the difference. Never bothered with aminos.. rather spend the money on food.

Water all day! 2/2.5 gallons

Work out what I do is pre NTBM whey protien it has you bcaa's in it isoleusine, leusine, and valine.
 
Mostly water.
 
If Im feeling kinda out of it N2KTS.
 
And sometimes Glutemine.

if i'm on N2slin before my workout I will drink a mix of whey, creatine, alcar, and n2carb to help bump my blood sugar and shuttle in nutrients during that window... but damn it makes me heavy during the workout so that isn't often. if you want to feel light and not burpy can't go wrong with just aqua

i would never recommend anything except water for sure be drank during cardio. and unless you did an extensive amount of cardio always use water to re-hydrate, you don't need sports drink or any of that scam bs otherwise.

Nahhh! just water and some rasberry or strawberry bcaa powder thrown in if i'm feeling a sweet tooth. More than a couple bottles though and I start feeling bloated. I sip throughout the day so I don't ever have to chug
 
1 scoop of hydro whey pre workout in water.

During workout I used to drink at least a half gallon of water. But last month I have been sipping on 30g glycomaize (using up. Had it a long time) bcaa's , and pomegranite flavoring. I notice a notice a huge difference in stamina and between set recovery with the carbs and bcaa's.

On an odd note I use 4C flavoring.(same as crystal lite) if I use lemonade flavoring instead of pomegranite it makes my stomach feel too full and crampy. Like drinking water then running a sprint.

i use to drink gaspari sizeon lemonade flavour and was same for me..cramps...and the shits !
 
ALRi Chain'd Out berry banana, soo refreshing i mix it with 20oz water tho as 12oz i find too strong. Really boosts my endurance when im taking it but i been out for a month :( ...
 
Before workout, aminolast, bcaa's, creatine, and sometimes preworkout drink like GAT Nitraflex or N2KTS. Post-workout, dark matter then whey isolate shake. During the workout just H20.
 
Ill take 9 caps of bcaas before and after workout, 4 power chews dtest pre workout, c4 or no xplode pre workout, and whey2build muscle ice cream sandwich after. I think I'm gonna throw in some creatine nitrate too soon.

I eat a chobiani Greek yogurt during the first 10 min of my workout. I don't like lifting on heavy stomach so have shake two hours prior to workout and then yogurt right as I get going.
 
I just finished a tub of MusclePharms Amino1 (Cherry LimeAid) and it's awesome. I've taken a ton of intra workouts and it's probably my favorite to date. Tastes amazing and it actually quenches my thirst and doesn't give me dry mouth and make me more thirsty.

Pre - C4 Creatine Nitrate
During - Water
Post (or 10 min before finish) - Nitro Peak 50X (has 50g Protein with glutamine and bcaa's)
 
I kinda like the Muscle Pharm Assault PWO drink. I drink some before my workout, wait about 10 minutes, and have a half a scoop in a glass of water to drink during my workout, along with my jug of water I drink on throughout the day.
