What should I take?

I'm a noob, I'm 18 and I have been working out for about 5 years now, but recently I have discovered that I don't know anything about getting the body I want (not nearly as much as I though I knew). Anyways, I'm a student, I'm on a tight budget, hoping to stay under $80 a month. Any ideas on what supplements I should be taking?

Btw, my current goals (for the next four months) are starting 5x5 and hopefully getting my arms a little bigger while cutting fat a good bit, I want to be impressive at the beach (the college I'm going to is on the beach). Thanks for any advice.

Is the $80 your supp budget or your food and supp budget?

Food > Supps

Agreed. Assuming your going to have some sort of meal plan you may be alright, but most colleges dont serve the greatest food for losing bodyfat. You need to stick with whole foods.

I would spend all the money on food and any extra on protein powder.

Good question, nah I'm still in high school right now, I've got four months until starting college, so my parents buy my food, def huge advantage, so sticking with food for nutritional substance would def be the best advice because I can get my parents to buy it, haha, but I pay for the supplements, they are willing to take the groceries bill but not that one. As of currently I eat a whole grain bagle before working out in the morning, a protein shake/ bannana for breakfast, fiber bar for a snack before lunch at school, 2 sandwhiches yogurt and an apple for lunch, then rasins for a snack after lunch, then tuna or cashews when I get home, and for dinner I usually just eat whatever my mom cooks. then I do another protein shake right before bed. I'm pretty serious about eating healthy, especialy compared to everyone my age. So any ideas for tweaking my diet or supplements I should add would be awesome!

BIG BLAST and a good multi vitamin like DX7. That ans lots of good food and hard training.

You're still young for UNLEASHED but that would be next. Then Dermacrine. No need for steroids at this point. You'll make better gains in the long run if you gain as much size as possible naturally.Good luck.

Get a Costco membership. Best thing I ever did for my training.
They sell 10 lbs bags of chicken,5 lb bags of broccoli, tuna in bulk, they have a good selection of meat and fish also. They sell 7 1/2 dozen eggs in a carton for around 11 bucks. Just make sure your getting a good amt of protein with each meal that you eat.

Its hard in highschool to eat all the time but will be easier in college.

Who doesn't buy the 10lb bags of chicken from Costco? I have 3 bags in my freezer right now.

Will Creatine and an energizer like NO be effective for what I'm looking to do? Right now I'm taking True Mass Protein, post workout, and 100% gold egg protein before bedtime. I kinda like the way BSN products mix well and taste great.
