What should a Post Workout shake have?

On another note, what about prbedtime shake? Just casein & water, or should I add rum for it's "medicinal" benefits? :verygood:

Who said no fruit? I just said replace bananas with kiwis cuz bananas are calorie dense. Everything else should be ok in proportion and correctly timed throughout the day. Post workout is the best.
 
eat all your fruits with 1 hour pre-workout.......and infact they will help spare muscle glycogen......just make sure it fits in with your daily macro's........that easy
