What is the most calories you eat on a daily bases

makes more sense to have the same calories in 5 moderate sized meals instead of 2 giant ones!:alien:
 
i try to eat alot more spaced out. usually it ends up i eat a bigger lunch than i would like however everythign else works out. School fucks up a good diet real bad but waht can u do.

I dont exceed 500 per sitting myself. Sometimes after a hard workout Ill take in over 1000 but its not often.

It is best to split it up, your body can make better use of the nutrients.
 
ye i do eat 6-7 times a day i just have to eat alot because im 15 i have a fast metabolism and i am to active.

i need 6000 cals just to maintain so plus i can only have a 340 cal protein bar @ school for my second meal so i jave to fit those cals some were it goes morn-800cals mid morn-340 lunch-600 post work out- 1500 dinner-1000 bed time-800-1000 and depending on how long im up i usually have a meal of all protein and fiber before bed of about 250 cals
 
I have eaten meals of over 1000cals multiple times in a day, but I don't think I've done it everyday when I was going for size. Can't really remember, though. When I did it I'd sometimes get a stomach ache, and it was several of 6 meals in a day. Sometimes it was like this:
#1- 700kcals
#2- 1000
#3- 1000
Then the last meals had anywhere from 300 to 800.
