So I guess my new carb intake will consist of Brown Rice, Oatmeal and Red Skin potatoes. Along with Bananas. This sound ok? BTW...why White Rice and not brown rice?
BTW...here is what the pasta I eat is made of. If it look high glycemic. Let me know and i will drop it.
Semolina,Grain and Legume Flour blend [grains and legumes (lentils, chickpeas, flaxseed,barley, spelt, OATS),Egg whites, oat fiber], durum flour, niacin, iron (ferrous sulfate), thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid.
All this sound bad??? I saw Grains, Egg whites, Oats, Flaxseed and assumed this would be fine. Am I wrong?
