Heres what i do....
I use it on my carb-up day like this.
After depletion w/o, i take 10iu of Humulin **IM** shot. 15min later i down a shake with 100gm dextrose/10gm glut peptides/50g whey. Along with that ill eat some candy without fructose in it. Then 1hr later i ll have another shake with 75gm dextrose/75gm whey/10gm glut peptides.
2hes after that i take another 5iu shot of humulin *subQ* and down anter dextrose shake like the second one above 30min later. Then 1.5hrs after that i have a meal with little to no fat, many snmple carbs and LEAN protein.
Then repeat every 2hrs with very simple carbs no-little fat....
Last shot of the day is 6iu *IM* with 75gm Whey protein....no carbs.
Then the next day upon waking i ll shoot another 5iu *subQ* wont eat...then 3hrs later i do a cardio w/o for around 45min low-mod intesity. Then eat ALL FAT for remainder of day...oil, or butter only. This gets me into ketosis fast....havnt had a prob yet.
