I put a picture of me from back in 2003 up on the fridge as motivation. My three daughters (8,7,6) came in and jumped up and down. "Mom! I never knew you used to look like THAT!" said my 8 year old. "Was that forever ago?" said my rather honest 6 year old.

At least I was able to tell them I'd be fit and strong like that again soon.

Gotta love kids. They are honest. At least I know they will be the first ones to tell me when I start matching that picture again.

LOL...aren't kids a hoot? I once took a boyfriends 6 and 8 year old girls to the potty when we were out together. Then I had to go. I tried to very discreetly lift my skirt and go potty myself, but the 6 year old saw my bottom and started giggling and said, "you have a really big butt." LOL. Now, I'm not fat, but I have always had the Jlo booty, and she was just letting me know that fact. ;-)
