Well enough surf'n.Had to get on board the boards.!! I was wondering if any one here has had bicep re-attachment surgery or any other similar surgeries.I have trained hard for a long time and almost lost it all for good,would like to hear your horror stories.This site seems pretty solid.

You had bicep reattachment surgery and you want more horror stories? Do I detect a little masochism here? Only kidding, man I was just talking to an oldtimer at work the other day who ripped 1\2 from the elbow joint and never went for surgery. The muscle is balled up in his upper arm! Fucking sick looking. I never detached anything and hope/try not to. I tore up my tricep doing lying tri extensions last year, I was on my last set, rep#6 and I felt a weird twinge. I thought I should stop but then said do one more. Well that one more did it! No detachment but it was black more then blue with nice shades of purples and yellow for weeks. I took it easy for a while and made a full recovery. This board is addicting but a wealth of info. Welcome.

Bad choice of words I guess?Iwas hoping to help others or get some help on the subject.Sorry to hear you had your own mishap.I see by your stats you got some size on you.Some times all that power can work against us.Good chance your tear came from cumulative micro trauma,some times it's not the max lifts that shut us down,it's our drive to train hard all the time.Damn ,that's the kind of shit that can really piss a person off!!!I see you said you were a biker?true?I work up here with a few in the movie biz.Most are represented by an agency called bad boys in Toronto,some are pretty busy and well respected.
