Ok... I was afraid to post this before, but I want to start bodybuilding! I'm 16 years old, and I'm sick of having twiggy legs. I feel gross.. I don't think I have much muscle mass at all. I really don't know where to start.
My diet is all veggies for the next three weeks. And I have a weight of 133 lbs, with a height of 5'7
that's probably not much help, but could anyone set me in the right direction?
I have this guy that is visiting on January 10th, and I feel kind of slobbish. It's probably not enough time to get some real results...but what can I do to start?
