Does guzzling water stretch the stomach, making it harder to feel full on food? Is it better to sip it? Also, how long does it take for the stomach to shrink after eating a lot for a couple months, so that it takes less food to feel full.
If you are following an appropriate diet then try an appetite suppressent, ECA, or something. If you are starving yourself instead of eating 6 meals/day then fix that first.
I generally get hungry exactly when I'm supposed to...every 2.5 hours when it is time for my next meal.
If you still hungry after eating make sure there are some fats in your meal. Fats cause the brain to release a hormone that makes you feel full and content after a meal. So you can feel content w/o even needing to feel like your stomach is comepletly full. The problem is it takes at least 10minutes from when you start eating before the brain even begins to realize it.
