Bfold what exactly do the talons do? I assume workout your grip and forearm right? I don't have talon's but I have started to use towels to hang on and they fry my forearms.

You can do lots with them. Chins, rows, shrugs, deads, timed holds, etc... You can put them on different digits on the fingers too...or just a couple fingers instead of all of them.

I like them also because I can do chins with a palms facing grip...that grip feels REALLY GOOD on my lats.

Did I mention that I am sore? Shoulders, triceps (a lot), lats...love it.

Was thinking about doing some front squats with my Viking Press next week. I could hold the handles, lower it down LOW, and squat with it...
