You are privilaged to train with him. I heard he is a good dude. From a source he trained with here in Florida. There is no doubt he will bust 800lbs. That is insane. Hey by the way what color bands did he use and was it from the top of the rack? Just curious?

He used the 100lb bands and they were wrapped around a bar placed on top of the racks. Yeah I know who you are speaking of down in Florida, he and his girlfriend are going to meet Ryan and his wife in Houston to watch them lift in July. I've heard they are good people as well. Yes I am very lucky to have him training me. He is a good guy, very modest about his success and doesn't have a too good to talk to anyone attitude.
