i did maybe 5 sessions of cardio during my 16 weeker and cut fat nicely. but then again, i only went down to about 11%.

but being a competing pro, do you feel that cardio is a must to get down to competing bodyfat levels?

and if yes, then at what point do you feel more cardio is a must?

you must be on like 8 grams of primo to get these sick results! im gonna sell both of my cars and do 10 grams of primo for a year and see how good i look. YEAH!
