updated diet pics

WOW
looking great
its weird your back doesnt look more ripped bc your abbs and face look so much thinner
If you were just working out and not competing I think having your back retain water and not abbs is probably the best case scenario

Either way great job could you post what supplements and AAS u used if you dont mind?

exellent progress!

how much cardio do you prefer while cutting?

none....absolutely hate the stuff, but typically I would be doing a lot less than this, but when I met with my trainer for the first time a few weeks ago, she took one look at me, and said I was soft for 14 weeks out, so she dropped the calories and added more cardio. I was sceptical at first as I am terrified of losing quad size, and I was pretty sure they had shrunk up like a supermodels....but I feel better after the pics. Typically i would have done 20 minutes 2x daily

anthony, currently nothing to cut except ephedrine before I train, i was taking clen(I have some crazy peru tech stuff left), but the trainer cut it out, said save it for the last 8 weeks. The training 2x daily is easy as I have to stay home to take care of the wife and baby(wife is going through some surgerys).

i hear you completely on the no cardio thing..
nobody likes cardio period!
i did maybe 5 sessions of cardio during my 16 weeker and cut fat nicely. but then again, i only went down to about 11%.

but being a competing pro, do you feel that cardio is a must to get down to competing bodyfat levels?

and if yes, then at what point do you feel more cardio is a must?

same here, last year got down to my avatar size with almost no cardio. For competing, I guess it is a must, but the point its necessary would depend on how much time you have left, and if you are behind or not. I am doing tons as my trainer says I am behind(and its IFBB pro Laura Binetti training me, so she definitely knows). She will continually change things as I go

you make some good points..

lets day you had 5 months to prepare.
how would you outline your cardio sessions?

start intense and take it easy as contest nears??
or start slow and intensify cardio sessions as contest nears??

I would start slow, and build it up as needed, if you are dropping weight fast enough without going crazy, no need to go nuts then. I started with 1 workout with 20 minutes of cardio at the end, then 25 minutes on the bike a few hours later, and dropped weight crazy fast that way. It was only increased as the trainer said I was behind, I did start later than she likes. You could probably even start with less

borg, you look good bro, we all start in basically the same place. I dont know how long you have been working out, and or/juicing, but this is 4 years of cycles for me, and well over 10 years of training. I've had a lot of requests for pre juice and first cycle pics, so I think I'll make a separate thread for those
