I was feeling so good today and so ontop of it that I went back after work and decided I was going to do a quick 40 minute chest work out just to get a pump in before my drive home. I remember when i was at my peak once a week I would do 2 a day training afternoon and again in the evening, if I don't push the boundaries I will not know what I am capable of achieving in the gym.
I didn't go insane I did go all out, I just felt like burning off some extra energy and calories since my cardio got cut shorter today, I figure why the heck not right! One of my goals of this cycle is to find out what is possible on very low dose amounts of anabolics, the modern body builder and society pushes shuch high amounts and I don't agree with that for the average gym rat enthusiast shuch as my self, I want to look like I could come out of the Golden Era of body building one day, for me I feel that is a very doable goal with low amounts of drugs, hard training and proper nutrition. I have never been a fan of modern day body building, insulin use etc. I like the frank Zane look and that is what I strive for, he'll if I even get 50% of the way of looking like that it will be a success for me.
Depending on how my body reacts to these drugs I feel like I could achieve something similar with the use of test/primo/eq/masteron/tbol, not all in one shot but cycle ideas and compounds for me include these anabolics for further advancement and deployment when I do more cycles in the future.
It was crazy how good the pump was tonight during my first and second workout in felt amazing and the muscle hardening with the pump on cycle is something beautiful
Enjoy update number two for today, tomorrow is back day with a solo foucs on hitting it hard tomorrow and legs on Saturday.
