Awesome training ! ,Thursday July 27th 2023
Another positive start for the day I woke up around 9am overall sleep was restful and slept throughout the entire night. I will say shout out for the W product that is nutrozol, I take that stuff and it helps me fall into sleep with ease, it's one of my staples for proper recovery as far as sleep goes.
After going all out yesterday I decided to back down a little so I don't go super overboard to many times. I like to try out different methods and styles of training. The first time I constantly keep evolving my methods I built a great foundation.
Friday is this week's second injection of test and Primo 100/100 for a total of 200/200 for the week.
The original plan for the cycle was 250mg test 300mg Primo so far looking at how I feel in my headspace and just overall. I feel by the start of week 3 I could start with my original mg amounts for the remainder of my 12 week cycle, in theory it should give me plenty of time to work with and see the results I am pushing for.

I definitely noticed after 5 reps the pump was awesome today and my Biceps and Forearms felt like rocks definitely seeing some early on set muscle hardening which is pretty cool!
I got done training at 1:45pm today, it is currently 5:35pm and I still Have a damn good pump in tri/bi/forearms as well as my veins are still popping out of my skin in my Forearms, experiencing a feel good pump hours after the gym is pretty sweet I must say.

My advice are you need to wait Week6 to start to feel really primo on body / mind and blood work too .... 200mg with your body weight are a good spot, think about this
Normally your ok about electrolyte, but try to eat some food rich in potassium, if possible magnesium too and essentials fat acids.
High quality protein too, with good ratio / day.
Watermelon, if you love take some that's help for hydratation low carb and some citruline inside (good for the pump)
