What would you do different and why?

I'm in a rut and need some new ideas. I've followed the same cutting diet for three years now and even though it still works, i'm so sick of eating the same shit it's driving me crazy.

I'm 5'8" at 212 right now. Around 12%bf. Planning on hitting 8-10% by december.

Typical day-
Meal 1 (6am)- 1cup oats with raisins and cinnamon, 2 scoops designer whey

Train at 7am- 5 day split

Meal 2 (8am)- 1 ultramet with a banana

Meal 3- (11pm)- 2 cans of tuna in water, 1 can of greenbeans

Cardio at 12- 45min 4x per week

Meal 4 (3pm)- 2 chicken breasts or 2 pcs orange roughy grilled with lemon pepper seasoning, big salad with olive oil and vinegar

Meal 5 (6pm)- 2 pcs of honey whole wheat bread and 4 tbs of peanut butter

Meal 6 (8pm)- 1 ultramet and 4tbs of peanut butter, add 4 tbs of soluble fiber.

are you talking ultramet by champion nutrition? you can always add asparagus, brocolli and sweet potatoes. brown rice is good too.remember,

Yeah, it's Champion. I've always used Ultramet, tastes good and has a good profile.

I usually add 2 small yams with at least one meal. Not a big rice fan, some times i'll fix brown rice and stir fry it with chicken in olive oil.

I guess i'm looking for someone to tell me it's ok to eat potroast, mashed taters and biscuits everyday. LOL
 
first off although champ. nutrition is cheap, their protein isnt that good from my experience try optimum, plus its kind cheap. for brown rice just add lemon pepper seasoning and its better. no dont eat pot roast or any other shit.karma appreciated. remember,
