We have similar builds and similar goals, I think. I'm 170lbs , 6ft, probably around 10%--4 pack when I flex but I want to get down to single digits at around 180lbs or more.
What i'm doing is trying to gain lbm for 2 months or so then cut because even if you're 170lbs but cut (5% or so) you look better than 185 @ 12%, then i'll bulk through winter and cut down next spring again.
