lunchtime: I did legs, but added in some other stuff because it looks like I have to miss my back and bi workout tomorrow- I have a lunchtime staff meeting that involves pizza, and lets just say it may be mandatory, but even if it wasn't I'd probably still go for the pizza

tossed in a lat pull down/ seated row superset
and did some standing db bicep curls
