Feeling pretty tired, and sore this a.m..... I could tell I weighed more before jumping on the scale.. but I wouldn't chalk that up to fat gain didn't feel like a fatty... and my abs and obliques looked more defined this morning. I dunno.... Must be the PB.... Plus I noticed my hair is looking better and mysteriously I have only 2 zits left from the 15 last night, I'm not complaining!!!
